The brand has to reposition itself in the eyes and minds of more-discriminating Indonesian consumers who are increasingly turning to digital solutions. We then designed a multi-pronged approach, combining social media marketing and content creation aimed to reposition Legrand as a contemporary brand with products tailored to their Indonesian consumer base while making sure it can go head to head with close market competitors in terms of following and engagement.
Our initial objectives were to build a robust digital presence and social media following, aiming to reach 1,000 followers by the end of the first quarter, increase engagement to 3%, and boost website traffic by up to 2.5%.
